Himas rehas ngayon ang tinuturing na Top 10 Regional Most Wanted Person matapos madakip sa operasyon ng pulisya sa Brgy K’matu, T’boli, South Cotabato, nito lamang ika-21 ng Disyembre, 2024.
Kinilala ni Police Lieutenant Colonel Lemuel Josef J Clarete, Officer-IN-Charge ng OIC, Surallah Municipal Police Station, ang suspek na si alyas “Roli”, 66 anyos, may asawa, at residente ng Brgy. Dajay, Surallah, South Cotabato.
Dinakip si Roli ng pinagsanib pwersa ng Surallah MPS, Tboli MPS, CIDG South Cotabato PFU12, South Cotabato Provincial Intelligence Unit, South Cotabato Provincial Highway Patrol Team at Regional Intelligence Division 12, sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest para sa kasong statutory rape at Lascivious Conduct na walang kaukulang piyansa.
