Tinawag na “Desperate move and politically motivated” ni Congressman Paolo “Pulong” Duterte ng 1st District of Davao ang ginawang pag-impeached ng majority ng kanyang mga kasamahan sa kongreso sa sariling kapatid nito na si Vice President Sara Duterte.
Ito ay matapos na lumagda ang nasa 215 na mga kongresista na pumabor sa impeachment laban sa bise presidente.
Ayon kay Congressman Duterte, natatakot umano ang administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. matapos na nagsagawa ng nagrally ang isang miloyon na mga supporters ni VP Inday sa Iglesia Ni Cristo.
“The Filipino people will not sit idly by as this government undermines democracy and silences opposition through fabricated accusations.” If the Marcos administration thinks it can push this sham impeachment without consequence, they are gravely mistaken. This is not just about VP Sara Duterte—this is about the will of the Filipino people. The growing discontent and frustration across the country will not be contained for long. Kaugnay nito, una na ring lumabas ang balita na si Congressman Sandro Marcos ng 1st Dirtrict of Ilocos Norte ang nanguna sa pangangalap ng boto upang patalsikin si VP Inday at gumulong ang trial sa Senado.
